Aide the students, faculty and staff of Clark Intermediate School in their educational and recreational needs; 

Provide the students of Clark Intermediate School the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential in a stimulating environment through cooperative interaction of parents, teachers, and community; 

To enhance our children’s educational environment in accordance with these Bylaws, through fundraising and family activities; 

Promote open communication between the administration, faculty, parents and the community;
